The Little Things can seem trivial because the are so… Basic.
Don’t be deceived.
Remember that “Goals are for losers – winners have systems” (Scott Adams).
Your System is made up of those Basic Little Things.
The Basics matter because Culture matters, and if you don’t demand excellence from yourself in all of the day-to-day Basics, you have no right to expect excellence from your team.
So without Brilliance in the Basics, you don’t have a winning System.
